SLAPP/ANTI-SLAPP

Our firm believes that speech is one of our most sacred rights. However, narrowly constructed statutes which limit the ability of people to seek damages for injury done to them lack foresight and must be challenged to produce truly effective legislation.

Mr. Campisi has argued several cases which test the boundaries of the Anti-SLAPP statute and raise novel questions of law that must be addressed to ensure that legislation intended for the public benefit accomplishes that lofty goal.
